Refund policy

We have a 14 days return policy that starts on delivery date!

To return or exchange products shipping costs are not covered and must be incurred by the customer, as well as any eventual import fees or customs duties. When exchanging to a new item, it will be eligible for return through the same return procedure. The new exchanged item will be delivered to the customer free of charge. When returning an item, refunds will be processed as soon as returned items arrive at our studio Obectra.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not show any signs of use.

Underwear and socks are not returnable!

We reserve the right to not refund items bought on sale.
Only exchange for a different size, or a different product is possible.
